The Bake House chain was born to satisfy a single vision: to create spaces where bread, pastries and coffee would acquire a unique personality that would be difficult to copy.

That is why we relied on slow production processes, with pure ingredients that you rarely find in the mass market and processes that maximize the quality result.

We created unique qualities of bread with excellent quality flour, respecting that the preparation time should flow slowly. We emphasized finding and combining the necessary ingredients: flour, yeast, seeds, sesame and other secret ingredients found the exact quota so that our breads would not only be tasty, but also rich in nutritional value, satisfying every dietary need.

We use Portioli espresso and coffee blends that respect the weather conditions of Greece. Our friends can start their day, but also accompany all the rest of their hours, without the well-known tasty hangovers that most coffees create with the passage of time.
Result: coffees that you can enjoy 24 hours a day, unless you choose from the endless list of our refined teas or a... chocolate drink.
